Our Machining Services offer our customers a variety of choices to meet their needs for custom Designed and Fabricated Tooling, Fixturing and Industrial Equipment.

We utilize the latest MasterCam software for programming parts from CAD models provided by our customers or created by IMC. 

Our CNC Machines can accurately manufacture parts made from materials such as Stainless Steels, 4140, 6061-T6, Delrin, G10 and Hot or Cold Rolled material to name a few.

Our Tool Making service can provide tight tolerance assemblies such as Machining Fixtures, Welding Fixtures, Inspection Gages, Hydroform Dies, Manual or Motorized Transportation Trunnion Assembly Carts and Load Tested & Certified Lifting Devices for the purpose of machining, forming, inspecting, transporting & safely moving our customers parts or assemblies.
