Send Us Your Project Details

Tell us about your part: what it is, what quantity you need, and what your timeline looks like. If you have a PDF, STEP, parasolid, or IGES file ready, attach it here. If you are not sure what file type you have, send what you have and we will sort it out.

Response time

A quote in 48 hours, an update if it takes longer

We aim to respond to all quote requests within 48 hours on business days. More complex jobs may take a little longer to review properly, but we will let you know where things stand rather than leave you waiting without an update.

Time-sensitive or have questions first?

Call us, a real person will pick up

If your project is time-sensitive or you have questions before submitting a formal request, call us directly. The number is 413-789-8674. We are not a call center and the person who picks up can actually answer technical questions.

The shop is minutes from Interstates 91 and 90 and a short drive from Bradley International Airport, making in-person visits practical for customers across New England and beyond.

Want to see it in person?

Come walk the floor before you commit

If you want to see the facility and the equipment before committing to a project, we are glad to schedule a shop walk. Most customers who visit come away with a better sense of what we can do than any website page can convey.

What to Expect

How a Typical Quote Works

Send us your CAD file and any relevant specifications, notes, or drawing callouts that are not embedded in the file.

01.

Send your file

CAD file, specs, notes, and any callouts not embedded in the file.

02.

We review the print

We ask any clarifying questions and flag anything unusual before quoting.

03.

You get a quote

Covers material, processing, and any tooling or fixturing required.

    We do not quote blindly

We do not pad estimates to cover uncertainty we have not resolved.

    Issues get flagged up front

Before quoting, not after the job is on the machine.

    Returning customers move faster

We already know your file formats, your preferred materials, and how you like jobs packaged.

Working Together

What Makes a Good First Project

If you are working with IMC for the first time, a good starting point is a project with:

    A clear print

    Defined tolerances

    A reasonable timeline

Not afraid of complexity

Send us your most difficult part first

If your first project happens to be a challenging part with tight tolerances and a difficult material, send it. We will tell you honestly whether it is within our capability and what the realistic scope looks like. We would rather have that conversation early than give you false confidence about a job we cannot execute.

That gives both sides a chance to see how we work together before bringing in something more complex.
